Green Coconut

This is a fresh green coconut, also called coconut green. This coconut has a green appearance. The upper part of the shell fiber (peel) has been peeled off, revealing the softer white part inside, which is easy to open and drink. They are mainly used for drinking clear and sweet coconut water. Picked before it is ripe, the coconut inside is high in water and rich in electrolytes, vitamins and minerals.

Coconut, the fruit produced by coconut plants of the palm family, the plant is tree-like, tall and strong in stem. The leaves are pinnatifid, most of the pinnae are linear-lanceolate, and the petiole is thick. Petals are ovoid or nearly spherical. The exocarp is thin, the mesocarp is thick fibrous, and the endocarp is woody. When the seeds germinate, the fruit cavity is rich in embryo milk (coconut pulp or kernel) and juice (coconut water), the pericarp is streamlined and the seeds germinate superfluous; the flowering and fruiting stage is mainly in autumn.
